The brand new edition of FlyPast is in UK shops today! It features two treasured survivors on its front cover. Air Leasing at Sywell, Northamptonshire, is the proud operator of several historic warbirds, including our distinctive Hispano Buchon cover stars. One of them, an extraordinary two-seat machine was flown by legendary Luftwaffe veteran Gen Adolf Galland during the making of the film ‘Battle of Britain’. It remained in storage for many years after the movie, but thanks to the team at Sywell it’s now been restored to its former glory.
